1. Enquire
Use the form or WhatsApp. Include pickup (Entebbe or Kampala), dates, passenger count, self-drive or driver, and parks if you know them.
2. Quote
We reply in writing with USD (or UGX for named local products), class, what fuel and insurance look like, and the cancellation window. EUR/GBP on the site are a planning switch, not a second price list.
3. Confirm
Pay as the invoice says. International transfers need time — do not leave a same-day wire for an evening arrival. A deposit may be required; the amount is on that invoice.
4. Collect
Licence, ID, walk-around, keys. Drop-off: message us the time and place, return fuel as agreed, and leave the cabin reasonably clean.
Book earlier for July–August and Christmas. The vehicle you want is not always sitting in the yard the night before.
