How pickup works
Send the flight number. The driver waits in the public arrivals area with a name board unless your quote says airside (that is uncommon and costs extra when it is even possible).
Entebbe to Kampala is a traffic road. Night and rain change the clock. We plan a buffer; we do not promise a tourist-brochure number of minutes.
Vehicle class
Sedan or van for most hotel drops. Prado or Land Cruiser if you continue upcountry the same day.
Waiting and no-shows
Reasonable bag-hall waiting is included as stated on the quote. Long delays should be messaged on WhatsApp. No-show rules: cancellation policy.
