How a Stim hire works
Entebbe, day or night
Airport pickup is timed to the flight. WhatsApp the operations desk if the arrival moves.
Road support
The number on your confirmation is the desk. We plan repair or a replacement where we reasonably can.
Written terms
Class, dates, USD total, deposit, and excess go on the hire agreement. That paper binds the booking.
Self-drive or driver
Independent hire from age 21, or a Stim driver. You choose on the quote — not a hidden add-on in the rate card fine print.
Multi-day hire
Indicative daily bands are on the rate card. Longer circuits are confirmed in writing for your dates.
What is not included
Fuel, park fees, and lodges stay with those operators unless the quote says otherwise. Rooftop tents are not listed as stock.
