3. Payment terms
- New visitor hires: typically 30% deposit on invoice to hold the vehicle; balance before or at pickup.
- Security bond: equal to the insurance excess, cash or card authorisation at pickup, released after inspection.
- First international wire: allow 14 days for funds to show.
- Approved NGO / corporate accounts: net 15–30 days from invoice as stated on the vendor contract. Ask; do not assume.
- Currency: USD unless we agree UGX. Rates exclude VAT unless the quote says inclusive (Uganda VAT 18% where it applies).
- Bank details on the invoice only.
4. Fleet classes
Same-date capacity is confirmed in writing. Typical seating:
- Sedan / compact — 3–4 seats · from USD 40/day
- RAV4 class — 5 seats · from USD 55/day
- Land Cruiser Prado — 7 seats · from USD 85/day
- Land Cruiser (full-size) — 5–7 seats · quoted per unit
- HiAce / tourist van — ~10 seats · from USD 90/day, usually with driver
- Mini van — 7–8 seats · quoted
- Coaster — ~29–30 seats · quoted, needs notice
- Bus / coach — ~45–60 seats · quoted, needs notice
