Trade and volume rates are quoted, not listed, so they stay current. Capacity is not a secret — see below.
Amendments and no-shows
Airport transfers: 12 hours. Hire: 48 hours. Same as the cancellation policy. No-show is charged as on the confirmation.
Fleet we can put on the same date
We confirm same-date availability in writing before we accept a DMC booking. We will not publish a fake van count. Classes we run:

Four vans on the same morning is a capacity question we answer in writing for that date — not a promise printed here for every week of the year.
