Airport transfers
Entebbe meet & greet, day or night.
Flight-timed pickup at Entebbe International Airport. Name board, briefing, then Kampala or the open road. 24/7 WhatsApp if the flight moves.
Uganda roads, organised
Driving notes — not safari packages. Permits and lodges are booked with those operators.
Entebbe–Kampala
Flight-timed meet & greet. Quoted for class and time of day.
Jinja
Nile activities with published USD prices — tubing, rafting, bungee, boats.
Bwindi
Long road, 4x4 class. Gorilla permits are UWA, not Stim.
Murchison Falls
Park tracks in a Prado or Land Cruiser. Boat is a separate operator.
Queen Elizabeth
Circuit hire. Kazinga boats are booked elsewhere.
Kidepo
Long northern road. Plan fuel and daylight; we hire the 4x4.
Lake Mburo
Short self-drive toward Masaka / Mbarara. RAV4 or Prado depending on rain.
Kibale
Forest road. Chimpanzee permits are UWA, not Stim.
Sipi Falls
Mostly sealed toward Mbale. A RAV4 class is often enough.
Lake Bunyonyi
Southwest lakes. Last kilometres can be steep — we brief the class.
How we run the work
Corporate retainers
Named vehicles and staff routes finance can invoice. Ask for a monthly desk if the movement is regular.
Meet and greet
Entebbe arrivals, name board, then Kampala or the open road. WhatsApp if the flight moves.
Car hire
Self-drive from age 21, or a Stim driver. Class and dates are confirmed in writing before you pay a deposit.
With driver
Chauffeur hire for city, airport, and upcountry. You do not drive unless the agreement says you may.
Company invoicing
USD quotes, deposit, and excess on the hire agreement. Vendor papers are on the vendor pack, not invented on this page.
What we do not sell here
Park permits, gorilla permits, and lodges stay with those operators. Courier and mailbag work is not a Stim service.
